Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair and efficient scheduling, we have established a policy for members to cancel their sessions. This policy helps us manage resources effectively and provide opportunities for other members to book available slots. Policy: Cancellation Notice: Members must cancel their session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee. How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made through our online booking system, via email, or by calling Liam on 07376 047561. Members will receive a confirmation of their cancellation via email . Cancellation Fees: No fee will be charged for cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance. A cancellation fee of £25 will be applied for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session. No-Show Policy: Members who do not show up for their scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
